When we opened our doors on May long weekend in 2004, The Headingley Grill quickly became our community’s go-to for quality, delicious homestyle fare. Family owned and operated, a warm and welcoming environment was important to us, and combined with friendly staff and premium quality food, we created the perfect spot for a family breakfast, lunch break, or dinner out with friends. 

Quality is King. Owner and Chef Alfred’s focus on quality and customer service can be felt in every aspect of The Headingley Grill. From salads to steaks, every meal we serve is prepared by a kitchen full of qualified Chefs and led by Alfred, a Red Seal Chef, whose take on homestyle favourites helped us build a dedicated group of regulars and a steadily growing customer base within Headingley and Winnipeg. 

We’re still growing! With the opening of our new location at 166 Bridge Road, we are bringing our homestyle experience to a larger, updated space. While everything behind the scenes will stay exactly the same, the new spot makes a significant impact on seating space for groups, and provides a much needed refresh on the classic diner aesthetic our regulars have loved for over 15 years.
